<P>With the presentation of Misses Rosetta and Vivian Duncan in
"Topsy and Eva" a novelty photoplay is offered that should appeal to
picture-goers over the world.  While millions of theater-goers have
enjoyed these superb artists during their stage appearances, their
entertaining genius has been permanently recorded with the additional
advantages of motion picture art.  I am pleased to present this
novelty comedy-drama for United Artists.</P>
