ANOTHER OFFER TO MRS. STOWE.—The Newark Daily Advertiser says that a private letter from Rev. Charles Beecher states, that his sister, Mrs. H.B. Stowe, has received, from Constable & Co., publishers at Edinburg, an offer for a Temperance Tale, like Uncle Tom's Cabin, of $10,000 in hand, and half the proceeds of the work after that sum is realized. The letter also says: "If she have strength to do this, it will certainly contribute to hasten the adoption of this great measure by Great Britain."
