Mayo (and credited to "A Lady, Music by Wiesenthal") and also by two different Baltimore publishers: F. D. Benteen (who credited it to Geo. P. Knauff) and James E. Boswell (who identified its composer as W. Loftin Hargrave, and added a subtitle -- "A New Ethiopian Song & Melody."] Will you come with me, my Phillis dear, to yon blue mountain free, Where the blossoms smell the sweetest, come rove along with me.
